SHIPPING && DELIVERY.
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
Domestic Orders- All US orders are shipped Priority mail via USPS and can be tracked at this link. Shipping takes 1-3 days after processing on all orders. Next day shipping is also available upon request via USPS Express.
International Orders - Delivery is by USPS First Class International and can take anywhere form 7- 14 days.
If faster shipping is desired, please inquire for your country before placing the order and special arrangements can be made for you at additional costs.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including Jewelry, Accessories and Swimwear.
Items are eligible for refund on case by case basis. If purchased in a store, products are only available for exchange if purchased with a gift receipt. Refunds may be granted to online customers in the event it is store error that a product was delivered, damaged, or mis-processed.
Store credits and exchanges are available in most cases.
Late or missing refunds.

Gift Cards are available and can be purchased at request. If you wish to purchase and send an item to a separate address as a gift, Please make a note in the comment box at purchase any special notes regarding the gift.
